The Angel Wings
It is rare that I ever get sick, but last night I came down with some sort of bug. Either I am cold and shivering or hot and sweating with no in between. It made for a long ride home from work, but I did use the train for part of the commute to shorten the ride a little. But I am not complaining, it could be a lot worse, at least I can eat and drink what I want without worrying about it coming back up.
A friend sent my this image and included she thought the one with beard would be me if we all went out for Halloween. I think it is kind of funny that people think of me when they see an image with a long or full beard. I personally think it’s the angel wings, which makes the cyclist look like me.
Tomorrow if I feel better I am going to test drive and check an Xtracycle at a local bike shop. What better way to spend a Saturday? Maybe I will go to Powells Books too? Now that would be an excellent day.
